1 pound thick aspargus 1/2 pound prosciutto, sliced medium thin 1 Tbsp. olive oil DIRECTIONS: Heat the oven to 500 degrees. Snap off the bottom of the asparagus stalks and wrap a piece of prosciutto around each spear, spiraling upwards from the stalk end. Line a flat pan with nonstick aluminum foil and spray with olive oil. Arrange the wrapped spears in the pan and place in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn the spears and roast for 2 more minutes or until the prosciutto is crisp. Serve immediately Serves 6
